About TensorPix Refund Policy
Payment and Refund Terms: You'll be responsible for covering all charges incurred on your account ("Fees") based on the rates and conditions stated on the relevant pricing page or as mutually agreed upon in writing. We have the right to rectify pricing errors, even if an invoice has been issued or payment received. Accurate billing details, along with an authorized payment method, must be provided by you. Fees will be charged on an agreed-upon schedule, with the charge posting date potentially subject to change. You grant TensorPix, its affiliates, and third-party payment processors the authority to charge your payment method for the Fees. If payment fails, a written notice will be given, and access to services may be suspended until payment is settled. Fees are due upon invoice issuance.
Payments are generally nonrefundable, except as outlined here. You can cancel an order within 14 days without explanation. The cutoff for canceling is 14 days from receiving goods or product possession by a designated third party, not the carrier. To cancel, you must inform us clearly via email at [email protected] or our customer support chat on our website: https://tensorpix.ai. Refunds will be provided no later than 14 days from confirming the goods' non-use. Reimbursement will utilize the original payment method without added fees. For returns, ensure goods were purchased within 14 days and remain unused. Certain personalized or mixed goods may not be returned. We hold the discretion to decline returns that don't meet the criteria. Regular-priced items are eligible for refund, while sale items, unfortunately, aren't, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Taxes: Unless specified, Fees don't include Taxes like federal, state, local, or foreign assessments. You're accountable for associated Taxes, excluding net income-based ones, and we may bill you for them. You agree to timely pay and provide documentation or evidence as needed. Your account registration details dictate the tax supply location for TennsorPix.
Price Changes: Price adjustments will be posted on your account or our website. Increases become effective in 14 days, barring immediate changes for legal reasons. The new pricing applies immediately to your account Fees after the effective date.
Disputes and Late Payments: Disputes must be raised within 30 days of a disputed invoice. Overdue Fees may lead to service suspension after written notice. Contact [email protected] for disputes.
