Deleting your account (Step By Step)
If you have decided to delete your TensorPix account, you can do so in just a few simple steps.
Deletion is an irreversible action. This means there is no way we can recover your data after you delete your account.
Step 1:
Log in to your TensorPix account, visit the TensorPix website, and click on the 'Get Started' button.
Step 2:
Enter your login information for your TensorPix account or select one of the login options for your existing account, and then press the 'Sign in' button.
Step 3:
Once you have successfully logged in to your TensorPix account, click on your email address in the upper right corner. This will open a dropdown menu where you select 'Settings'.
Step 4:
After you have opened the 'Settings' page, click on the 'Delete account' button.
Step 5:
A confirmation window for deleting the account will appear. By deleting the account, all your data and files will be removed from the database. Enter the provided word (pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters) and then click the 'DELETE ACCOUNT' button. Afterward, your TensorPix account will be successfully deleted.
